Life is difficult - it's so hard to breathe!
Is that how you feel?

How do you answer these questions?

  1. If you walk a block do you get short of breath?

  2. When you bend, stoop or need to carry an object does breathing become difficult?

  3. When you're anxious is breathing harder?

  4. Do you stay home more because it's too hard to get ready to go out?

  5. Is understanding your lung condition and how to deal with it important to you?
